I used to get those wall calendars from the bank where you rip a page off every day - Guarantee Trust in Don Mills, Ontario, used to give me one just because I asked for it. I tried to recapture the design of that calendar for October, 2012 calendar page for the Westchester Chappel: the insert (shown partially out of the plastic holder) comes out and you can refold it to make any of the 31 days of October appear on the outside. It's a lot of work, but it's worth it, isn't it?
